Thank you for visiting my store. My name is Dung Parker. I am an amateur/entrepreneur artist and owner of the Dung Parker's Love Ocean Arts and Jewelry Shopify online store. I opened this online store on 10/12/2026. Currently, I am looking for a full-time position in Customer Service, Office Administration, Social Services, and Sales. I previously worked as a Case Manager. While I am looking for work, I also handmade and designed ocean themed paintings, artwork and jewelry to support myself and family while I look for work.
For the past week, I have received email from many visitors to my online store and some of them asked me similar/common questions about my store items/products, the best way to contact me, and even attempted to advertise their businesses or business proposals with me. Therefore, I created this FAQ page with common questions and answers from the visitors and new visitors to see. 1. Are you the artist, administrator, and store owner of Dung Parker's Love Ocean Arts and Jewelry.
Answer: Yes, I am an amateur artist/entrepreneur/maker/hobbyist for all the handmade items that I uploaded onto my online store. I don't have any employees or person/people helping me or working for me. Right now, I handle and do everything on my own. I make the items or products, take pictures and upload them on the website for visitors/people to view and buy.
2. Are all the items available for purchase?
Answer: What you see is what you get? Since all of the items/products are handmade only by me, and I made them with love and passion. I only upload them as I make them. If you seen an item online, it listed as only 1 available for purchase, then please buy it because it's gone. Because I don't make a lot of the same design. But you can always contact me at this email: parkerdung@outlook.com if you have questions or if you are interested in buy more of the same/similar item(s). I handmade all of my items. Therefore, I can always make more of the same design. But please remember that each item is unique because each one is handcrafted with love, so it won't look exactly the same as the first one.
3. Are you interested in my business proposals; can I help you make sells and/or obtain a commission from you in exchange for helping you?
Answer: Thank you for your offer and interesting in helping my store. However, I don't need help with my store. And I am not interest in any business proposals or looking to hire anyone since I am seeking employment myself, and this online store is managed by me only. If I need with making my store big and successful, then I know who I will reach out for assistance. Thank you for your interest and offer to help.
4. Do you ship orders/items/products in the US or internationally?
Answer: I only opened my online store on 10/12/2026. Right now, I can only afford to ship orders/items/products in the United States. If you live in the US, then please make a purchase and I will ship the order to you as long as you live in the United States.
5. What is your email or contact information?
Answer: The best way to contact me is by email: parkerdung@outlook.com. I will do my very best to respond within 24-48 hours. Please note that I am looking for work while making beautiful items for you to admire and purchase. Therefore, please allow me to answer/respond to your email within 24-48 hours.
IMPORTANT: I want to make more items to upload for you to view, admire and purchase. Therefore, please be kind when you ask me your question and make sure you provide me your name/information as well. If you don't want to provide me your real name, then please make up one ok. And if you can answer the question yourself or if I already provide you with answers about me, then please resist asking me the same question or very simple questions, such as these questions ok:
